How do I unlink or delete an automation?
Unlink custom automations from Posts & Reels / Post Detail, Detach from Template for template media, or Delete from the Automations list.
Unlink removes the automation from a post. Delete removes the automation record from Automations. Template-managed posts use Detach from Template / Manage Template instead of a one-off Unlink path.
Unlink a custom automation
Open the post
Go to Posts & Reels and open Post Detail for the linked post.
Unlink
Click Unlink. Confirm with Yes, unlink (or cancel with Keep linked).
Detach a template-managed post
Open Post Detail
If the post is attached to a template, use Detach from Template (confirm Detach) or open Manage Template to manage attachments from Templates.
Delete from Automations
Open Automations
Go to Automations, find the row, and use Delete. Confirm when prompted.
