Connections
- Why can’t I connect Instagram?Instagram OAuth can fail when the account is personal, not linked to a Facebook Page, or Meta authorization is cancelled.
- Why did my Instagram connection expire?Instagram connections expire when Meta tokens expire or access is revoked. Reconnect Instagram in Channels to restore automations.
- Why isn’t WhatsApp sending?WhatsApp sends fail when the number is not registered, webhooks are incomplete, the messaging window is closed, or Message Templates are not approved.
Automations
- Why isn’t my automation triggering?Automations may not trigger if paused, keywords miss, media is unlinked, Instagram is disconnected, or comments are ineligible.
- Why didn’t someone receive my Instagram DM?Missing Instagram DMs can come from No DMs mode, Follow Gate awaiting follow, messaging windows, rate limits, or Message Requests.
- Why is my post already linked?Each post or Reel can have only one automation. Unlink a custom automation or Detach from Template before linking something new.
- Why is my template paused / not sending?A paused Automation Template stays attached to posts but does not send until you Resume it in Templates.
- Why wasn’t my email collected?Emails are collected only when Email Collector is enabled, the automation is active, and the person completes the email step.
- Why is Send Back unavailable or empty?Send Back needs a saved linked automation and eligible historical comments that match your triggers.
