Why is Send Back unavailable or empty?
Send Back needs a saved linked automation and eligible historical comments that match your triggers.
Send Back only processes eligible existing comments on a linked post after you Save.
If it doesn't work
Send Back unavailable
- Why it happens
- Automation not saved/linked yet, or media has no automation.
- How to check
- Post Detail shows a linked automation after Save.
- How to fix
- Configure triggers and messages, Save, then open Send Back again.
Send Back counts are empty
- Why it happens
- No historical comments match Keywords / All Comments, or Send Once / prior runs already covered them.
- How to check
- Comment list on Instagram vs Trigger Keywords and excludes; Send Back eligibility badges.
- How to fix
- Broaden keywords or use All Comments, then retry Send Back.
