How do I pause an automation?
Pause an Instagram automation from the Automations list so it stops sending until you Resume.
Pausing stops an automation from firing while keeping it linked to the media.
Open Automations
Go to Automations in the sidebar.
Find the automation
Filter by Instagram if needed, then locate the active automation.
Pause
Toggle or choose Pause so the status becomes paused/inactive.
