How do I publish a post or Reel from CommentLink?
Publish Photo, Carousel, or Reel content to Instagram from Posts & Reels using public media URLs.
From Posts & Reels, use Publish to Instagram to create a Photo, Carousel, or Reel from public media URLs.
Before you start
- Instagram connected in Channels
- Publicly reachable image/video URLs
Open Publish to Instagram
On Posts & Reels, click Publish to Instagram.
Choose Content Type
Select Photo, Carousel, or Reel.
Add media URLs
Enter Image URL (Photo), multiple Image URLs (Carousel), or Video URL (Reel). Optionally enable Share to feed for Reels.
Caption and Publish
Add a Caption (up to 2200 characters) and click Publish. Reel processing can take a few minutes.
Limitations
- Instagram rate limit noted in the UI: 25 API-published posts per 24 hours
- Media must be reachable public URLs — local file upload is not this flow
Still stuck?
After publish, sync Posts & Reels if the new media does not appear yet, then link an automation. Contact Support
