How do I add a public comment reply?
Enable Comment Auto Reply on a Posts & Reels automation to post a public reply when comments match.
Comment Auto Reply posts a public reply under the commenter’s comment when the automation triggers.
Open the automation
Open the post in Posts & Reels.
Enable Comment Auto Reply
Turn on Comment Auto Reply and enter the public reply message(s) the form provides.
Choose DM behavior
Keep DMs configured normally, or enable No DMs (Only Comment Auto Reply) if you want a public reply with no private message.
Save
Click Save or Update.
Still stuck?
