How do keyword triggers work?
Keyword triggers match comment text against Trigger Keywords, with optional excludes, Send Once, and All Comments mode.
Triggers decide which comments run your automation. On Post Detail you typically choose Keywords or All Comments (and related options such as @mention when shown).
Keywords mode
When Keywords is selected, CommentLink matches incoming comments against your Trigger Keywords. Comments that do not match are ignored (unless another rule applies).
Exclude keywords
Exclude keywords skip comments that contain those terms even if a trigger keyword also matched.
Send Once
Send Once limits the automation so the same person does not repeatedly receive it from that media when they comment again.
All Comments
All Comments runs the automation for every eligible comment on that post/Reel instead of requiring keyword matches. See How to Automate Replies to Every Instagram Comment.
