How do I reconnect Instagram?
Use Reconnect Instagram in Channels when your Instagram token expires so automations can run again.
When Instagram access expires or is revoked, CommentLink shows reconnect empty states and automations stop until you reconnect.
Before you start
- Access to the same Meta/Facebook account that owns the Instagram–Page link
Open Channels
Go to Channels. Look for an expired or disconnected Instagram status.
Reconnect
Click Reconnect Instagram (or the reconnect prompt from Dashboard / Connect account empty states).
Approve Meta again
Complete OAuth and return to CommentLink. Confirm Instagram shows connected.
Verify automations
Check Posts & Reels or Automations that previously worked. Resume any automation you paused while disconnected.
