How do I know my Instagram account is connected?
Confirm Instagram is connected in Channels (Connected status) and on the Dashboard channel health checklist.
Connection health lives in Channels and on the Dashboard. A healthy Instagram connection is required before Posts & Reels, Stories, and automations can run.
Open Channels
In the sidebar, open Channels.
Check Connected accounts
Under Connected accounts, confirm Instagram appears with a Connected status (not an expired or reconnect prompt).
Confirm the Instagram card
The Instagram card should show a Connected pill. If you see Reconnect Instagram or empty “connect to continue” states on Posts/Stories, the account is not usable yet.
Optional: Dashboard health
Open the Dashboard and review channel health / setup checklist items that reference Instagram.
