How do I reply manually to a conversation?
Open a thread in Live Inbox, type your reply, and Send. Watch Instagram and WhatsApp messaging window hints.
Manual replies let you continue a conversation when automation stops or a person needs a human response.
Open the thread
In Live Inbox, select the conversation.
Compose
Type your message in the reply box. Review any messaging-window hints shown on the thread.
Send
Send the reply. Confirm it appears in the thread.
Optional close
Use Close / Reopen when you are done managing the conversation status.
