How do I close or reopen a conversation?
Use Close or Reopen on a Live Inbox thread, and filter conversations with Open, Closed, or All.
Conversation status in Live Inbox is controlled with Close / Reopen, and list filters Open / Closed / All.
Open a thread
In Inbox, select the conversation.
Close or Reopen
Click Close when you are done. On a closed thread, click Reopen to mark it open again.
Filter the list
Use Open, Closed, or All to find threads by status. Closed threads stay under Closed until reopened.
