Are there WhatsApp message costs?

Yes — WhatsApp conversation / messaging fees are billed by Meta to your WhatsApp Business Account (WABA). CommentLink does not resell Meta’s WhatsApp message charges.
- Review Meta’s WhatsApp pricing for your region and categories
- Outside the customer care window you typically need approved WhatsApp Message Templates, which may incur Meta fees
- Instagram messaging in this product stance does not add a Meta per-message fee like WhatsApp conversation billing
