How do I create an Automation Template?
Create an Automation Template from Templates, configure triggers and messages, Save, then attach Posts & Reels.
Create the shared config first, then attach media. Empty states guide: Create → Attach Posts & Reels.
Before you start
- Instagram connected in Channels
Open Templates
In the sidebar, open Templates (Automation Templates).
Create Template
Start Create Template / new template.
Configure the automation
Set triggers (Keywords / All Comments), messages, and optional Follow-Gated DM, Email Collector, or Comment Auto Reply.
Save
Click Save, then attach Posts & Reels from the media tab/panel.
