How do I interpret failed sends and delivery health?
Use Analytics Failed Sends, Success Rate, and Delivery / Error Health (Failed Outbound, Failed DMs, Failed Public Replies) to spot delivery problems.
When people do not receive DMs or public replies, start with Analytics automation performance and Delivery / Error Health.
- Failed Sends / Success Rate — automation execution outcomes
- Failed Outbound — outbound failures in the health section
- Failed DMs — private message send failures
- Failed Public Replies — Comment Auto Reply failures
Rising failed DMs usually point to messaging windows, rate limits, Follow Gate awaiting follow, No DMs mode, or expired Instagram connections — not missing Analytics configuration.
