How do I tag a contact?
Tag contacts on the Contacts page, or apply Contact Tags from automations when that option is configured.
Tags help you organize people who interacted with your automations. Edit tags on Contacts, and optionally set Contact Tags on automations so new interactions are tagged automatically.
Open Contacts
Go to Contacts. Search or filter the person.
Edit tags
Open the contact and edit tags, then save the change on that row/editor.
Optional: automation Contact Tags
On a Posts & Reels / template automation, configure Contact Tags so matching runs apply tags automatically.
